Tailored Multinational Marine program delivered across APAC under tight timelines

The Challenge

A global clothing manufacturer initially sought a Stock Throughput Policy (STP) to insure its transit and storage risks across several APAC countries. Late in the underwriting process, the client decided to remove the storage component due to internal risk appetite and other considerations. The client also requested additional service capabilities to support centralized account management.

This required a rapid shift in approach to meet the revised requirements, including added operational and service complexity.
