Modern Slavery Act Policy and Statement

This policy and statement are made principally on behalf of the United Kingdom based subsidiaries of Sompo International Holdings Ltd. (Sompo) pursuant to Section 54, part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”). The policy sets out Sompo’s approach to ensuring that Slavery and Human Trafficking (as defined in the Act) is not taking place in our supply chains or in any part of our business. The attached statement outlines the steps taken by Sompo in the past year to prevent Slavery and Human Trafficking in our supply chains and other parts of our business.
