Steve Grabek

In this role, he is responsible for strengthening senior‑level client relationships and enhancing engagement models across the business, working closely with brokers, clients and internal stakeholders.

Mr Grabek brings more than 22 years of experience from AIG, where he held a series of senior leadership roles of increasing responsibility. His positions included Global Head of Client and Broker Engagement, President of North America Distribution and Field Organization, and Midwest Regional President. During his tenure, he also established and managed the AIG Global Client Council.

Earlier in his career, Mr Grabek held roles at Travelers. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Chicago and on the Advisory Board for the Brantley Center of Insurance and Risk Management at Appalachian State University. Mr Grabek is a graduate of the University of Hartford.
