In this role, she is responsible for leading the UK client management strategy and overseeing key partner relationships, working closely with brokers and internal stakeholders to support effective engagement across the business.

Ms Green has 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a professional focus on client engagement and risk management.

Ms Green began her career at Marsh and has since held roles at AIG and BP. Through these positions, she developed experience across brokerage, insurer and corporate environments, giving her a broad perspective on client needs and risk management practices.
