Head of Accident & Health, Insurance, Switzerland
Sibylle Tellenbach was appointed Head of Accident & Health, Insurance, Switzerland at Sompo in June 2025. She is responsible for the full value chain from product development and pricing modeling to structuring efficient processes that ensure long-term growth.
Ms Tellenbach has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, with broad expertise across accident and health, employee benefits, product development and market expansion.
Prior to joining Sompo, she spent seven years at Allianz Partners – Health & Benefits. Earlier in her career, she held roles in business development, underwriting and international sales at Kessler & Co, HDI Global and Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe, and gained early experience in reinsurance at SCOR.
Ms Tellenbach holds a Doctorate of Business Administration from the International University of Monaco and a Master of Business Administration from the same institution.
