Head of Distribution & Client Relationship Management, Insurance, Italy
Roberta Triestino was appointed Head of Distribution and Client Relationship Management, Insurance, Italy at Sompo in May 2024. Based in Milan, she is responsible for leading distribution strategy, broker engagement and client relationship management, with a focus on strengthening Sompo’s market presence in Italy.
Ms Triestino has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, with extensive expertise in client management, broker relationships, and business development across national and international markets.
She joined Sompo from AXA XL, where she held senior roles including Senior Client Manager and Client Distribution Leader for Italy. Earlier in her career, she spent 16 years at Zurich Insurance Group in a range of commercial and relationship management roles.
