Redouane El Oulhani was appointed Head of Distribution & Client Relationship Management, Insurance, France at Sompo in October 2023. Based in Paris, he is responsible for building strong and productive working partnerships with brokers and clients alike in the region.
Mr El Oulhani has more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a background spanning market management, sales leadership, business analysis, and client development.
Prior to joining Sompo, he held several senior roles at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, including Sales Manager for France, Africa and the Middle East, as well as Key Account Manager for France and new markets. Earlier in his career, he worked in global and local market management roles, supporting sales planning, business analysis, and strategic development initiatives.
Mr El Oulhani holds a Master of Business Administration from IAE Gustave Eiffel and has lived, studied and worked in multiple international environments.
