Mike Kemble

In this role, he focuses on strengthening relationships across the UK leadership team and within the wider market, helping to shape priorities and support effective decision-making.

Prior to joining Sompo, Mr Kemble held a number of senior positions within financial lines. His earlier career included leadership roles at Aspen, AIG and QBE, where he worked across underwriting and management functions within complex commercial insurance environments. Through these roles, he developed broad experience supporting leadership teams and operating within regulated markets.
