Maxime Vroman was appointed Head of Claims, Insurance, France at Sompo in October 2024. He manages and oversees Sompo’s insurance Claims function in France.
Mr Vroman has nearly 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, with deep expertise across claims handling, financial lines, cyber claims, and major loss management.
Prior to joining Sompo, he held several senior claims leadership (Head of Claims BeLux, Financial Lines Claims Manager) and technical roles at AIG. Earlier in his career, he worked at XL Catlin.
Mr Vroman holds a Master’s degree in Insurance Law from Université du Droit et de la Santé (Lille II).
