SVP, Head of Multinational Continental Europe
Matt Hoare is Sompo’s Head of Multinational, Insurance, Continental Europe. He is responsible for designing and delivering client-centric multinational insurance solutions in a timely, simplified way, across Sompo’s full suite of products.
Mr Hoare has over 20 years industry experience gained across multiple geographies. Prior to joining Sompo in 2022, Mr Hoare held various positions with global carriers, focusing mainly on Multinational, most recently as Head of Multinational, Middle East and Africa for AIG.
Mr Hoare holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Leeds in Hispanic Studies, and has completed executive education at University of Chicago and the Wharton School.
