Masaki Takeda

In this role, he is responsible for leading client engagement across the ARS portfolio, with a focus on strengthening relationships and supporting strategic growth across key client segments.

Mr Takeda has held a number of senior roles within Sompo. From April 2021 to March 2024, he served as General Manager in the Corporate Production Department at Sompo Japan Insurance Inc. in Tokyo, where he was responsible for managing relationships with major corporate clients. He also previously held the role of General Manager, Automotive Business Development.

Earlier in his career, Mr Takeda served as VP, Strategy and Integration at Sompo in New York and as Managing Director at Sompo America Insurance Services LLC in Dallas.

Mr Takeda has held leadership roles across Japan and the United States, with experience spanning client engagement, strategy, integration and automotive‑focused portfolios.
