Global Head of Reinsurance Claims
John O’Connor is the Global Head of Reinsurance Claims, responsible for ensuring that our global reinsurance claims operation exhibits best practices with respect to claims handling, performance metrics and controls.
Mr. O’Connor has more than 30 years of experience managing claims and claims operations across a wide range of insurance and reinsurance lines. From 2003 – 2012, he held various positions within the U.S. insurance and reinsurance claims operations of Endurance, Sompo’s predecessor company.
He holds a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, an MBA from Adelphi University and a B.S. from Fordham University.
