Greg Penko

In this role, he is responsible for leading regional retail business development activity across the Northeast, with a focus on distribution strategy, broker engagement and growth across key markets.

Prior to this appointment, Mr Penko served as VP, Business Development at Sompo, where he supported growth initiatives and broker relationships across multiple regions.

Mr Penko has built his career in commercial insurance and business development and brings extensive experience across property and casualty insurance. He has held senior leadership and client‑facing roles at AIG, Marsh, Travelers and The Graham Company. His experience spans regional management and distribution leadership, primarily across the northeastern United States, including New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

Mr Penko holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University.
