Gabriel Dominguez is VP, Head of Multinational LATAM at Sompo, where he manages the multinational portfolio and builds strong relationships with partners in Latin America (LATAM).
He has over 28 years of experience in the insurance industry and joined Sompo in February 2023. Gabriel’s background includes various key roles that deepened his understanding of the industry.
Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in underwriting, reinsurance, and operations. For the last ten years, Mr Dominguez has focused on developing global programs and cultivating strategic partnerships in the LATAM region, leveraging his knowledge of international markets and regulatory challenges to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional in Mexico.
