Cédric Guillon Verne

Mr Guillon Verne has more than 15 years of experience in the marine insurance sector, with a focus on marine cargo underwriting, risk management, and portfolio leadership.

Prior to joining Sompo, he served as Underwriting Manager, Marine Cargo at AXA XL, where he led a dedicated underwriting team. He previously held senior and specialist marine cargo underwriting roles at AXA Corporate Solutions, ACE European Group and Tokio Marine Europe, gaining extensive experience across complex marine and project cargo risks.

Mr Guillon Verne completed his education at ENASS, the École Nationale des Assurances, and has further professional training in risk management. He also holds a certificate in Criminal and Terrorist Risk Management from EDHEC Business School.
