Ben Vaky was appointed Regional Executive at Sompo in March 2024 and also serves as SVP, Western Zone Market Leader, a role he has held since July 2022.
In these positions, Mr Vaky is responsible for leading regional underwriting and business development activity across the Western United States, with a focus on portfolio performance, distribution strategy and broker engagement across key markets.
Mr Vaky previously served as VP, Business Development at Sompo from 2018 to 2022, where he supported regional growth initiatives and strengthened broker relationships.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a background spanning business development, underwriting and sales.
