Angela Frederiksen

In this role, she is responsible for leading regional underwriting and business development activity across key markets, with a focus on portfolio growth, broker engagement and execution of regional strategy.

Ms Frederiksen previously served as Regional Underwriting Executive and Business Development at Sompo.

Ms Frederiksen has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her expertise spans property and casualty insurance, professional liability and Directors and Officers liability, with a leadership career rooted primarily in the Texas market.

Prior to joining Sompo, she spent more than 20 years at Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, where she held a number of senior underwriting and leadership roles.

Ms Frederiksen holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas and a bachelor’s degree in business, with a focus on finance and insurance, from the University of North Texas.
