Allan Murley

In this role, he is responsible for driving the strategic development and expansion of Sompo’s broker relationships across the UK to support profitable growth.

Prior to joining Sompo, Mr Murley spent 12 years at AXA XL, where he held a range of senior distribution roles with responsibility for broker engagement and market development. Before that, he served as Head of Development Management at Zurich Global Corporate, where he focused on strengthening distribution capabilities and supporting corporate client growth.
