Recruitment fraud warning
Be aware of recruitment fraud and scam attempts by people pretending to represent or act on behalf of Sompo.
Warning signs to look out for include:
- Asking for payment from candidates - authorised Sompo personnel will never ask you for payment
- Communicating via unofficial email addresses
- Requesting personal information – no one at Sompo will ever ask for your bank details in the recruitment process
- Poorly formatted documents and spelling errors - if it looks fake, it probably is!
