Marji Guyler‑Alaniz is President of AgriSompo, Sompo’s global crop insurance platform, and also serves as Chief Operating Officer of AgriSompo North America.
In these roles, she is responsible for the leadership and operational oversight of the crop insurance business, supporting strategy, execution and portfolio management across global and regional markets.
Ms Guyler‑Alaniz has worked in the crop insurance industry since 2002. Her career includes numerous roles at Rain and Hail Insurance, where she developed broad experience across underwriting, operations and market engagement. She joined AgriSompo North America in 2020 as a Senior Vice President and has since taken on expanded leadership responsibilities within the organization.
Ms Guyler‑Alaniz holds a Master of Business Administration from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. She earned a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and journalism from Grand View University, also in Des Moines.
