Caryn Brough

In this role, she is responsible for advancing business development initiatives and supporting distribution strategies across the organization.

Ms Brough has more than 15 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, with a focus on business development, distribution and product strategy.

Prior to joining Sompo, she spent over nine years at Aspen Insurance Group, where she held several senior leadership roles including Head of US Distribution and Head of Marketing, as well as earlier roles overseeing distribution and marketing initiatives.

Ms Brough holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Management from the University of Connecticut, where she graduated magna cum laude.
